Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note we have the right to decline any merchandise with signs of use and/or wear, if returned.

Return/Exchange policy
Absolutely no refunds will be made after your payment has cleared. All items are final sale. We no longer accept returns or exchanges unless we have accidentally shipped the wrong item to you. 

Customer is responsible for shipping cost of all returns. We highly suggest the use of United States Postal Service for your return to avoid any issues with return address.

When will items be shipped?

Please allow 3-5 business days after purchase for item(s) to be processed and shipped. 

Weekends and holidays are excluded from process and shipping days/times, so please take that into consideration when ordering items.
